Excalidraw is a fantastic tool that allows you to swiftly create architecture diagrams. It includes community-supported icons and is an open-source tool. It supports saving diagrams in both PNG and SVG formats. With the free version, you can save diagrams publicly, and they can be stored as .excalidraw files, which are JSON-based object files. These files can be shared live for collaborative purposes.
